About the Authors

                  We are Shawn and Kaitlyn and we live in South Louisiana. We met in college and have been married for 7 years now! We have two beautiful boys, ages 2 and 1, and one baby on the way! Shawn works in the family business and Kaitlyn stays at home full time with the boys. We love our family and are having a blast watching our boys grow!

     Is a Christian, Stay-at-home mom, LSU Grad, maker of the best Cod chowder you will EVER have, natural birthing advocate, genius on almost every parenting topic there is (Shawn wrote this), extremely patient, housewife, reluctant blogger, healthy eating/life advocate, lover of all things organic, and all around Saint for marrying Shawn.
